HOW TO SETUP CANON PRINTER ?

Canon's printers have various classifications based on its utility, size of the paper and type of printing.  Go to the page Canon Printer Customer Service. These are for printing purposes. Printers can scan copy and print from cloud.

• Check the printer box to find the top side of box and place it accordingly.
• Unbox the printer from its box carefully and remove the covers.
• You will find the printer covered with orange colored tapes, which are protective tapes
• Peel off the tapes carefully and dispose them.
• Orange tapes will also be found inside the printer's paper drawer and scanning unit cover, be sure to remove every tapes carefully.

1.  POWER SUPPLY: SETTING UP

Now plug the power cord provided all the way into the printer's port dedicated for power supply and the other end into a power socket.

Then open the operational panel and turn on the printer on and you will hear a noise, wait for the printer to get turned on.

For the next part, you need to load ink cartridges onto the printer for which you need to buy ink cartridges either color or black and white.

2. INK CARTRIDGES: INSTALLATION

Open the printer and make sure the printer head is stopped at ink tank installation position.

Now insert the cartridges aligning it according to the color codes and press down until you hear a click.

3. FINISHING: DRIVER AND PRINT

Load the A4 sheets onto the printer tray and connect the printer to your device and follow the instructions displayed on screen until printer drivers are installed.
